Conditions of participation with data protection notices
These conditions of participation relate to the competition organized by Dragana Stankovic Collection, Tuchlauben 7A, 1010 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”). Participation in the competition is based exclusively on these conditions of participation. The competition is not connected to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way organized, sponsored or supported by Instagram or Facebook . By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
1) Duration of the competition
The duration of the competition is from July 6th, 2022, 9:00 a.m. to July 17th, 2022, 6:00 p.m. (closing date).
2) Sweepstakes process
To take part in the competition, the following points must be fulfilled:

tag a friend,
follow @draganastankoviccollection
and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Participation in the competition is free.
3) Eligible Participants
Natural persons who are resident in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and family members of the organizer involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
(a) in the case of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of dishonest conduct or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
4) Prize, Notification and Submission of Prize
The prize draw includes (1x) IBIZA linen dress worth €99.90.
The draw will take place after the closing date for entries on July 17, 2022 as part of a random draw.
The winner will be notified via DM on July 17, 2022. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to this contact. Each winner must email contact@dragana-stankovic.com or DM within 1 week of being notified of the win. If a winner does not respond within this period, the organizer may transfer the prize to a substitute winner.
The prize will be delivered by parcel post at the expense of the organizer exclusively to the winner or to a legal representative of the winner. An exchange, a pickup and a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
5) Early termination of the Sweepstakes
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer makes use of this option if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer reserves the right to claim damages against the participant.
6) Privacy
In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, surname, address and e-mail address, is true and correct.
The organizer is responsible within the meaning of the GDPR. The organizer points out that none of the participant's personal data will be passed on to third parties, nor will they be allowed to use them. The legal basis for collecting the data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants are recorded and collected, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. By participating in the competition, you agree that your name will be publicly disclosed as part of the raffle.
All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of participation.
You have the following rights (Article 12 et seq. GDPR) in relation to us, where relevant, with regard to your personal data:
right to information,
right to rectification or erasure,
right to restriction of processing,
right to object to processing,
Right to data portability.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation.
Right to object:
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit exist that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.
